Do you work with our existing website?

Yes. We can add a branded shop and link it from your current site or create a fully managed storefront under your domain.

How long does setup take?

Basic deployments are typically ready in 1–2 weeks. White-glove builds with catalog imports, custom branding, or integrations may take longer depending on scope.

Who handles payments and sales tax?

Payments run through Shopify and your chosen processor. Sales tax is configured per your registrations and nexus. For managed plans, VYTALTEX assists with proper setup and testing.

Can we use our current merchant account and fulfillment partner?

Yes. We can integrate your preferred merchant services, shipping carriers, or 3PL — or provide done-for-you fulfillment through our partner network.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment is required. Choose one-time setup, monthly management, or a fully turnkey plan.
